Meet Our Chef
We're delighted to have Ros on our Babes in the Woods team. Her food is invariably a highlight of our weekends. She has a rustic gourmet style with amazing seasonal flavours and just when you think you can't squeeze anything else in, her Saturday evening dessert will tempt you even further!
Here's the kind of menu you can expect, it's incredible value at £45 per head, and you'll leave wishing you had a Ros alfresco restaurant in your own backyard!
Organic tea and coffee served with homemade cake or brownies
Delicious seasonal soup followed by homemade quiche, salad and fresh bread made by the French baker in our local village.
Saturday evening aperitif
Glass of champagne and nibbles
Seasonal Moroccan tagine served with a bed of couscous and chased by a homemade dessert
Muesli & fruit buffet followed by posh egg butties, courtesy of local happy hens!
Mexican style wraps with dips, homemade coleslaw and salad
Sunday cream tea
Home-bakes scones with clotted cream and jam
